Frost free windshield. Simply coat your windshield and windows with a solution of 3 parts white distilled vinegar to 1 part water and when you walk outside on a cold winter morning you will be welcomed by a frost-free windshield.

Make it shine. Chrome on your car can be polished to a beautiful shine by using full-strength white distilled vinegar on a soft cloth.

Vinegar removes bumper stickers. Do you have some ugly bumper stickers that need to be removed? Soak a cloth in white distilled vinegar and cover the stickers or repeatedly spray the bumper stickers with full-strength white distilled vinegar. In a couple of hours they will peel off with no fuss.

Remove foul smells from a car. Did one of the kids get carsick on your last drive? Just fill a bowl with white distilled vinegar and leave it inside the car overnight on the floor.

Remove water stains. If you find yourself struggling with hard water stains on your car all you need to do is clean them off with a rinse made of 3 parts soft water to one part white distilled vinegar.

How to clean vinyl upholstery. Just whip up a mixture of equal parts of white distilled vinegar and water and wipe down the upholstery in your car.

Remove winter road salt residue. In the winter your car carpeting can start to look pretty bad from road salt residue. Try spraying a mixture of equal parts of white distilled vinegar and water on the fabric. Next, blot the carpet with a soft towel and you’re good to go.

Clean the hazy film off your windshield. There’s nothing worse than having a hazy film build up on inside of your car windshield and windows. With the help of some white distilled vinegar in a spray bottle, the haze will wipe right off.

Remove chewing gum from carpeting. Did one of the kids leave a sticky surprise on the floorboard of the car? Soaking the carpeting or upholstery with white distilled vinegar will help you loosen the gum up for removal.

Make leather upholstery shine. You can quickly give your leather car upholstery an extra shine by cleaning it with hot white distilled vinegar and then rinsing with soapy water.
