The staff at Sallas is very welcoming, accommodating and communicates with you through your entire service experience. They sent an inspection report indicating what the problem likely was and asked for approval prior to repairs while also including the cost summary. During a prior oil change the dealership (not this repair facility) indicated a possible fluid leak when topping off fluids, but did not diagnose anything. I’m very thankful I paid close attention to my vehicle and contacted Sallas for a second opinion. Had I not responded in a timely manner, the vehicle repairs could have been significantly more costly if my engine had overheated or worse. Kelly was an absolute delight over the phone and a beautiful soul in person. Her attention to detail and assisting customers is evident. She was more than willing to call another car rental location in the surrounding area after our rental reservation fell through due to a vehicle shortage. She even offered to provide a ride to a further location that had vehicle availability. I would gladly refer family and friends to Sallas Auto Repair! The entire staff was so positive; I believe they not only enjoy their place of employment, as well as, their coworkers and customers!
