I have had a couple cars serviced and a pre-sale inspection done here. Each time, staff explained thoroughly and made sure i understood everything before work was started. I also liked their work approval methods with my most recent service. I highly recommend them.

I don't know how they're able to treat you with respectful professionalism AND make you feel like family simultaneously but they pull it off every time. Update: I've just looked at the online inspection report Sallas sent a link to when I picked up my car. It includes a detailed checklist of the items they checked and pass/warn/fail box for each item. Also pictures of the car taken in the parking lot before the service guy got in it. Smart. I'm probably more excited about all that than have a right to be but it supports my 'professionalism' comment above, imo.
