I took a Range Rover up there they were saying every bit of my front end all the parts were bad and wore out they couldn't do an alignment charge me an arm and a leg still didn't get my alignment done I took my Range Rover to Monty's Safety Lane in Grandview they did an alignment and everything was just fine so they wanted me to replace everything or they wouldn't touch it

Cole, we’re sorry to hear about your concerns. However, we are unsure what prompted this review since we have not seen your vehicle since November of 2023. At that time, our inspection and video documentation showed several loose front-end components, including the toe bars, ball joints, and strut mounts. Performing an alignment with those issues present would have been ineffective, as it would not hold or deliver safe results. I have to admit that I hadn't had to use a mechanic for quite awhile and was just a little apprehensive going. But my experience with Sallas was surprisingly good. They were thorough in handling my original concerns and found everything that was needing to be looked at on my 16 yo vehicle. Communication was really good and I'll be going back soon.
