"I'm a little late on this testimony but I also knew it had to be told. On April 26th, my car went BOOM! Everything in the world was wrong. I'm not good with auto tech words. My front brakes broke, a piece went flying under the car, the driver front wheel locked, couldn't go in no direction but back. Now I'm on 95th Metcalf, Macy's parking lot. just so happen (Blessing) hubby wasn't far away came picked up my daughter and self. Here's the kicker. I knew something was wrong with car. I had scheduled an appt to take my car up to SALLAS on tues. But with this incident I'm there on Fri. I guess I wanted to kind of describe my situation. After my hubby got us home I go up to SALLAS to let them know what was going on. my service person was SCOTT MAHLAN. very courteous, patience. Me I'm kinda freaking out. I had to call my ins comp to go get my car. They wanted me there with the car. That was a no no. This gentleman, told me not to worry he would take care of it and he did. My huckabuck is fixed. Sallas went above and beyond the car of duty. I want to put it all down but I also know they maynot be the the position to do what they did for me as far as getting my car to them. I have lived in this area over 20yrs. I remember when they held classes for ladies so when they went to get their car fixed they couldn't be told anything. Yea, cost are gone up, we're angry about a lot of issues but I just want to say when it comes to the SALLAS team, they kinda let you know all is not bad. My auto shop is on Hickman Mills. Also giving credit where credit is do they were all wonderful to me because of how our ins wants to use their own tow trucks and such and I was ready to lose my mind . God always knows when and where to put good people in your life or in your path. Due to certain medical problems I have I hope I have made myself understandable. "I first became acquainted with the Sallas Auto Repair about 7 years ago when I had some engine trouble with my Mercedes. I first took it to the Mercedes dealership in the area to have it serviced but could not afford it. I then was referred to Sallas Auto who not only quoted me a reasonable repair price but also allow me the use of a loaner vehicle until my repairs were completed. They did a great job. I then became comfortable with another repair job based on prices and not quality of service but found that in the end it was Sallas Auto that did not only a quality job but guaranteed the work done. I'm happy to say that my marriage to Sallas Auto is now repaired and I will no longer seek the services of no other auto repair than Sallas Auto Repair. They're the greatest!"

"I just wanted to send you a personal thank you to you and your techs. Robert and Barry were extremely helpful in explaining and letting me see the issues on my truck while in the bay. As a semi-mechanical person, I enjoyed being able to have those conversations an look over the truck while on the lifts. I have had more than one shop that charged a fortune for a poor job that lead to more trips to the shop. That being said, I know a good customer service and honest workmanship when I see it. so my day started on 12/12/2013 by going to cottmam transmission to have my car looked at. 2300$ later they told me I needed a new transmission. not a good time of year for it so I went home got on my hubbys I-Pad and started looking up transmission places. I came to Sallas Auto Repair called and asked if they had time to look at my car and the owner Nick Sallas told me bring it out and see what he could do. well as I set here typing this my car was fixed the same day and it was about a 10th of the cost.I was so excited that it wasn't gonna cost that much after all.If there is one thing I believe in and that is everyone has an angel. That day I was blessed to have a whole auto body repair of them. the Sallas team treated me like they have known me forever. thanks again for doing right by me even though I am a woman. Sometimes being a woman you get taken advantage of when it comes to fixing your car. thanks again and I will be back.
