I have been taking all my vehicles to Sallas Auto for about two years now and they do a great job! If your car needs attention in a certain area they let you know but they are not pushy like some of the other mechanics I have taken my car to. When I take my vehicles to Sallas Auto I know it will be done right the first time and they are 100% trustworthy. Thank you to John, Eric and the rest of the guy's!

I have been VERY impressed with the service I've received from Sallas Auto Repair. Their labor rate is one of the lowest in the city, and the work is excellent. They take the time to explain things and provide "inside" information to help me make repair decisions. Their website is phenomenal, and I like the ability to schedule appointments and ask questions via the website. For example, I asked a question via the website and received a call within minutes from Eric Atchley to answer my question and then schedule an appointment. The only negative thing about Sallas Overland Park, KS location is that they are so busy (I wonder why?!), appointments are scheduled several days in advance.

"My car had been having trouble for a month and I was nervous to take it in somewhere and get a huge bill and not really fix the issue. I had heard great things about Sallas from two of my friends and decided to give them a try. Being able to borrow a car from them was something that I was going to have to have and they provided that service. I went in and Jon and helped me and he was so nice, they took my car in the morning and he called me later that after noon with a status update. How nice! The next day they finally thought they had one diagonis and told me the cost. But what was nice is he told me that it may not fix the whole problem but it was were we needed to start. I liked that honesty. Knowing nothing about cars, I asked if my stepdad could call him. He said Of course and reexplained everything to him. We went ahead got it fixed and it did fix all of our problem!! The whole process was quick and painless! They are a great team to work with. I think even my stepdad is going to now start using them he was so impressed!! "
