If there is a better automotive service center that gives consistently more professional, more convenient, and more friendly service at a more reasonable cost in all of the KC area I challenge anyone to point them out. Let me also add that as I'm enjoying cups of your coffee or tea in the waiting area I'm also privy to all staff-customer interactions whether over the phone or in person. Bottom line: Not only am I happy with the excellent work done on my car, but I'm equally impressed at how well all kinds of customers with all kinds of complex vehicle problems are dealt with. You guys are a class act. (Moreover, all this great interaction keeps me from getting bored. I can go for hours being a fly on the wall in your shop.)

They kept their my appointment they said 30 to 35 minutes they stick to that and then he explained everything they did and what needed to be done to my car I really appreciate it

The Sallas team was able to inspect an SUV I am consider purchasing this morning. Not only did they get me right in, they provided a text/email recap of the inspection. Found a couple things that saved me $$ at the dealership (by having dealer fix). I'll be using them for auto needs in the future.

I know very little about cars and would never consider buying one with out getting it checked out by a mechanic first. Sallas's very thorough and knowledgable pre-purchase inspection saved me from overpaying for a vehicle and gave me excellent facts for negotiating the price down. I'm still in the midst of negotiations with the dealer but am now confident that I know know exactly what I am getting and that if I buy the vehicle I won't be paying more than it's worth. I feel very fortunate to have had a neighbor recommend Sallas and plan to use them for all my auto needs in the future.
